April 11, 2008 - Dollywood Parade- Each year, the City of Pigeon Forge invites Friends of Great Smoky Mountains National Park to participate in the Dollywood Parade. This year the float’s them is Music of the Mountains, featuring Park rangers, one of the Park’s Toyota Prius vehicles, Smoky the Bear, and the acoustic sounds of local group Wild Blue Yonder!

You can make a difference in the Smokies by volunteering to work on National Trails Day. Registration is required.
